DAY 1: CASABLANCA AIRPORT TO THE CITY.

You will be welcomed by our English speaking driver at the airport and transfer you the Hotel where you will spend the night. In case you arrive in the morning time , our driver will take you to visit the largest mosque in Africa then driver along the Atlantic ocean though the Qorniche , see the Marabout of Sidi Abd Er Rahman , people suffering from psychological problems or nervous disorders often visit this shrine; also driver to the place Mohamed 5 around which run Casablanca ‘s main streets ,links the old town and the new, Boulevard Mohamed 5 ,Place des nations-unies ,Park de la ligue arabe and see also the old Medina . And around 7 p.m., if you like to have dinner in a restaurant somewhere in the city our driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you back to the hotel.


DAY 2: CASABLANCA TO THE BLEU CITY (CHEFCHAOUEN ) THROUGH RABAT.

In the morning at 8:00 a.m., you will start your journey to the bleu city from Casablanca and through Rabat. From Casablanca it’s like 100 Km and its crossed in one hour and a half on the highway. When you get Rabat you will start with the chellah territory (Bad Challah) where the first settlement was founded in the 3 rd century BC. Then continue the Hassan Tower , a minaret known as the Hassan tower is all that remains of the mosque .This mosque is an unfinished mosque which covers an area of 30,000 square yards, and would have had 19 naves and 424 columns and pillars. And to the opposite of the Hassan Tower the Mohamed 5 Mausoelum commemorate the sultan who enabled Morocco to achieve independence and the Mausoelum was built between 1961 and 1969 by the Vietnamese architect VO TOAN . After spending some time walking in this beautiful historical place you will head to the Kasbah of the Oudayas which stand on the south bank of the Bou Regreg estuary .it was named after a garrison of mercenaries from the Oudaya tribe that was set in Rabat. And after the visit of Rabat you will driver straight to the bleu city of Morocco, Chefchaouen. From Rabat it’s like 3 hours driving through Souk Larbaa and Ouzza. Overnight in riad in the Medina.


DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN TO FES VIA VOULIBILIS AND MEKNES

The bleu city merits a trip through its bleu streets, so after breakfast, you'll have around an hour and a half to wander around and snap pictures while admiring the beautiful bleu streets. You'll see the fortress, Plaza Uta Hammam, and the Medina before driving to Fes via Ouzzane, Volubilis, and Meknes. The drive will take about 5 hours, including stops to see the sights, lunch breaks, and potty breaks. You will first see the Roman ruins of Volubilis, which was inhabited throughout the Neolithic period and was conquered by the Carthaginians and later by the Romans, who established a booming oil trade around 40 BC. And in this historical site, you will be accompanied by a local guide to discover the houses of Orpheus, Dionysus, and others. Lunch will be at a local restaurant, followed by a drive to Meknes. The Zenata Berbers of the Meknassa tribe settled in the fertile Sais plain in the 9th century, and a succession of small settlements rose up along the banks of the Oued Bou Fekrane. You will begin your tour with a visit to the famous Bab El Mansour, one of the most beautiful in Morocco, which was the last architectural building undertaken on Moulay Ismail's directions, followed by the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the medina, the magnificent mosque, and the Moulay Ismail granaries. Following your excursion to Meknes, you will drive directly to Fes. Spend the night in a riad in the historic Medina.


DAY 4: HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL TOUR OF FES WITH A LOCAL GUIDE

At 9:30 a.m. you will meet a local guide in the riad and start to explore the oldest of Morocco‘s imperial cities. Fes is an important religious, intellectual and cultural centre .It is also renowned for its traditional crafts, and because of the particularly high reputation of its university it is known by many as the ‘Athens of Africa’. You will start with the royal palace with its ‘tightly closed doors, eggshell façade and pine-green Saracen tiles then the Mellah (Jewish quarter), the bleu gate and after that you will go to the Fes El Bali (the old medina).you will start with the Andlous Quarter to see the Andalous Mosque which was built in the 9 th century then the Kairouyiene Mozque which was built in 857 . And as you walk through the tiny streets on the medina you will see a lot of shops and workshops of merchants and craftsmen are grouped according to specialty. you will visit also the Merinid Medersa ( Bou Inania Mederssa) which is also a mosque .Afterwards you will go to the tanneries to see where leather like jackets ,bags are made also to see the process by which animal skins are rendered supple and rot-proff. Lunch in a local restaurant somewhere in the Medina . And after lunch, you will meet the driver somewhere outside the medina to drive around the medina for seeing the stunning panoramic views of the medina from uphill. And at the end you will go to see the pottery of Fes, tin-glazed earthenware decorated with predominantly cobalt-bleu designs. And after that drop off back to the riad.

DAY 5: FES TO THE SAHARA DESERT VIA IFRANE, MIDDLE ATLAS FOREST, MIDELT AND RISSANI

In the morning at 8:00 a.m., you will start your journey to the golden sand dunes of Merzouga. This day’s drive is going to be long and it takes like 8 hours to get the Sahara desert including breaks and stops for pictures and lunch time. Along the way you will drive through many towns, first, you will stop in Ifrane which was built as a mountain health resort (5,400 feet) in 1929. With the tiled roofs of its chalts giving it a distinctly European appearance that is why it’s called Moroccan Switzerland because also it get covered of snow from December to March. And after that you will drive through the Cedar forest of the Middle Atlas, you will stop to see the Barbary apes climbing up and down the trees then continue driving through Midelt where you will stop for lunch in a restaurant .after lunch you will cross the pre-Saharan plateau of the peaks of Jebel Ayachi and Errachidia through the Ziz Vally , you will stop for some picture for the Ziz Gorges .Then to Erfoud where there is one of the largest oases in Morocco , a date festival is held here in October . And before the desert, you will drive through Rissani which got a lof of Ksars like Ksar Abbar and in this town where there is the Mausoleum of Moulyay Ali Cherif , the founder of the Alaouite dynasty .in in 35 Km away where the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi are .over night in a hotel on the edge of the sand dunes.


DAY 6: DISCOVER AROUND THE DESERT WITH A 4WD CAR

After breakfast, you will drive around the desert for discovering and look for fossils. First, you will start the Khamliyya tribe where a music called Gnawa music is played by dark skin people originally from Sudan. After spending some times with them listening to their music and dance a little bite with them ,you will drive through the desert to see nomads who live over the desert in there simple tents with some animals like goats , sheep and camels .you will stop and discover the way of their life and have a cup of tea then continue driving to a rocky plateau where you will stop looking for fossils like Ammonites, Trilobites ,Nautiloidea and others . And during lunch time you will drive to local restaurant to try the Berber Pizza. And after lunch time you will drive back to the hotel to relax and be ready for the camel ride to spend the night in the middle of the sand dunes in a Berber tent.


DAY 7: SAHARA DESERT TO THE DADES VALLEY VIA TINJDAD AND TODRA GORGES.

In the morning in the middle of the sand dunes, you will wake up 20 minutes before the sunrise to climb up the dunes for a beautiful sunrise then ride back the camels to the hotel for breakfast and shower. And after that, you will take the journey to the Dades valley via Erfoud where you will stop for a fossil museum then via Tinjdad and Tinghir from where the road through the Todra Gorges follows the right bank of the river, which is covered with palm trees .you will stop at the steep Gorges of Todra for 30 minutes to walk through and make pictures also breath the clean air coming up from the mountains with the smell of herbs and walk through the running stream of the river . Lunch in a local restaurant .After the break, you will driver back to the main road and drive to the Dades valley which is 72 Km away.You will drive in the Dades valley first through the Town of Boumalne Dades where the houses are built on the mountainside next to the Kasbah, stand at the entrance of the magnificent Dades Gorges .over night in the middle of the Gorges.


DAY 8: THE DADES VALLEY TO MARRAKECH VIA OUARZAZATE , AIT BENHADDOU KASABAH AND THE HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS .

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Marrakech through the valley of one thousand Kasabahs (the Dades valley) and the town of El Kelaa Mgouna where the roses are growing in spring, In May the festival of roses is held in this town. You will drive as well through the fertile oasis of Skoura, renowned for the cultivation of roses and palm trees. This fertile oasis has a fortified residence once belonged to the most powerful family responsible for protecting the village and its land. This Kasbah deserve a visit .Then continue through the Moroccan Hollywood of Ourzazate where a lot of movies were shot like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and many others. You will stop for a visit of cinema studio or museum then drive to the famous Kasabah of Ait Benhaddou which has been classified by UNESCO as one the world’s heritage cultural treasures and which is also today a movie site .you will go for a walk in the Kasabah for 1 hour then take the journey to Marrakech through the windy road of the high Atlas mountains and see by the highest pass of Tizi-N- Tichka in Morocco ( 2260 M altitude ) .lunch in a restaurant in the mountains then drive straight to Marrakech. Overnight in a riad in the old medina .


DAY 9: EXPLORE MARRAKECH WITH A LOCAL GUIDE

After breakfast, you will meet a local guide at your riad to take you to explore the sites of Marrakech. First, you will start with the place of Dejmaa El Fna, the traditional meeting for the peasants and merchants from the Sous region, the High Atlas and the South, has become the heart of Marrakech. In the mornings this vast square, located on the edge of the souk district and bordered by shops and workshops ,is crowded with fruit and spice sellers and metal drinking cups, story tellers ,snake charmers and so on. Then head the Iben Youssef Medersa which was built 14 th century, you will enjoy seeing its motifs and its beautiful architecture. and after that going to visit the Bahia palace , El Badi palace , the Saadian tombs and the main souks .ideally placed on the Saharan trade routes ,Marrakech was a convenient staging post for caravans and soon developed into a major craft and trading centre. Lunch in a local restaurant then continue the visit to the famous Majorelle garden , in 1917 the French artist Jacques Majorelle moved to Marrakech and mae this garden .These delightful gardens, planted not only with bougainvillea ,coconut palms and banana trees ,but also with bamboo and palm trees . And after that you will make a tour around the new city then the driver will drop you off at the riad or at the square.


DAY 10: TRANSFER AT THE AIRPORT IN MARRAKECH OR CASABLANCA
